To enter online, complete the online registration form on the Witch Doctor Tackle website to submit your entry. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST of the date for the respective entry deadline to be included in that designated prize drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person/household/email address per entry period regardless of method of entry used.
The following promotion is intended for viewing in the contiguous United States only and you may only enter if you are 18 years of age or older. This promotion shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this site if you are not a resident of, and located in, the contiguous United States at the time of entry.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States. You must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and agents of Witch Doctor Tackle LLC. are ineligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period:
All eligible entries received from the date of the promotion launch until 11:59 CST on the drawing date are eligible to win.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning any given Witch Doctor Tackle Giveaway will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods combined throughout the entire sweepstakes period.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES:

All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT of the date for the respective entry deadline to be included in the prize drawing.
Witch Doctor Tackle, LLC hereafter referred to as “WITCH DOCTOR” is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. WITCH DOCTOR is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. WITCH DOCTOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the online portion of this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of WITCH DOCTOR corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In case of cancellation or suspension, all eligible, non-suspect online entries received as of the date/time such action was taken will be included in the prize drawing.
WITCH DOCTOR is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or accessing any materials in the Sweepstakes. All entries become property of WITCH DOCTOR and will not be returned. Participants will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of WITCH DOCTOR, if you (i) attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with or attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes. If either of the above occurs, WITCH DOCTOR has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
The Giveaway’s Prize winner will be selected in random drawing on the drawing deadline date. WITCH DOCTOR reserves the right to modify scheduling of the sweepstakes drawings without prior notice. WITCH DOCTOR may require winner who entered online to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the sweepstakes via the online entry method. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the official rules in any way will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries in the appropriate entry pool.
Any expenses related to prizes that are not expressly provided herein shall be the responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local income taxes on prizes. Winner of prize valued at $600 or more will be issued IRS Forms 1099 for the value of the prize.
Giveaway Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for WITCH DOCTOR and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media worldwide without notice, limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WITCH DOCTOR is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes/winner.
NOTIFICATION:
Prize winner’s name will be posted on WITCH DOCTOR Web site and the winner will be notified by e-mail and/or postal mail. WITCH DOCTOR is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected, not received, or undeliverable because of errors in e-mail addresses or mailing addresses submitted by entrants, because such addresses are no longer correct, or for any other reason beyond the control of WITCH DOCTOR. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize, and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner chosen in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the appropriate entry pool.
Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of initial notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner as provided herein.
REDEMPTION:
Following verification of eligibility, and completion by the potential prize winner of any required state or federal documents necessary to legally transfer/award any prize, WITCH DOCTOR will deliver prize by common carrier to the address on the winning entry.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold WITCH DOCTOR and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or in any prize-related activities, or resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This sweepstakes is void outside the contiguous United States and wherever prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of WITCH DOCTOR and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these official rules. All decisions regarding the sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, selecting winner, will be made by WITCH DOCTOR, whose decisions shall be final.
SEVERABILITY:
In the event that any provision of these official rules is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decree or decision, the remainder of the official rules shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. By entering, you acknowledge that you intend that the provisions of these official rules be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, you agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent required by applicable law.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW:
Except where prohibited, by participating, each entrant agrees that this sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these official rules and ensure the fair operation of this sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these official rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in Florida for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

Witch Doctor Tackle LLC is the sole owner of the information collected. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of Witch Doctor Tackle, other than necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this policy..
FUTURE EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS:
By entering the sweepstakes, the entrant hereby acknowledges that they opt-in to accept future emails from WITCH DOCTOR regarding future giveaways, promotions and notifications. Entrant (recipient) will be given the opportunity to opt-out of any future emails at any time.
